Healing is GOD’s will for you
Proverbs 4:20-22: “My son, pay attention to what I say; turn your ear to my words. Do not let them out of your sight, keep them within your heart; for they are life to those who find them and health to one’s whole body.”
Psalms 34:17-20: “The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. 18 The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.19 The righteous person may have many troubles, but the LORD delivers him from them all; 20 he protects all his bones, not one of them will be broken.”
One of the biggest areas that keep people from getting healed is they convince themselves that it is not GOD’s will for them to be healed. We ask HIM but then let our thoughts get in the way. If you fall into this area, then you are guilty of not following the instruction found in Proverbs 4:2-22. You need to stay in the WORD on a daily basis. You see, GOD’s will (what he wants for you) is HIS WORD.
Matthew 7:7-11 covers what GOD wants for you: “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened. Which of you, if your son asks for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake? 11 If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him!”
What more do you want than to receive what you are asking for? Do you think that is just a GOD scam? No, HIS word is truth and the devil is a liar. GOD can’t do anymore in your life than you ask HIM to do? GOD gave us free will back in the Garden of Eden. We have the choice to accept this as truth or not. The question is how can you afford not to accept GOD’s WORD? Seriously, let’s say that you are still a bit skeptical about what I am trying to convey. You are not doing well health-wise and decide not to follow my suggestions about GOD’s WORD. Then you are to blame here, not me. But, let’s say you decide to dig deeper into what I am explaining, you will be healed if you follow the complete guidelines in the Bible. It isn’t that you might get what you want. You will get what you want.
Just a quick note: You can’t ask for things that aren’t in alignment with GOD’s word and expect to receive it. If you ask for a double cheeseburger and fries, I don’t think that is mentioned anywhere in the Bible. Be realistic. The more you place the WORD in your heart (not your mind), the more you will receive the gifts GOD has for you.
