The United States of America....

Our Country is the Land of Liberty and Freedom!!!! We truly know what it is like to have freedom of speech, equal opportunity, and are able to raise our families the way we want to, with nobody telling us how to.  So many other countries would love to live where we live.  We are so very blessed!! Please if you have a chance and want to learn about the history of our wonderful America watch this movie "monumental." I will put a copy of the movie below.  This movie goes back to how our country was founded and what beliefs it was established on.  Lot's of people would not know that America was founded on Christian Beliefs and made to have a Christian Belief system.  So take a look back in time, and see what our founding fathers had planned for us. 

 

We just got done with an election to where it was a very very crucial election to where alot is at stake with our country.  In my opinion I did not care for either of the men running.  As a christian they both go against my faith and morals and belief system.  Our Governement is supposed to be there to enforce laws and help make us have a better running society.  We aren't supposed to DEPEND on the governement, we aren't supposed to look at them for ALL the answers.  We are supposed to depend on God and trust in God to provide and take care of us.  The governement shouldn't be taking care of the people, the true christians should be taking care of the less fortunate, but the problem is that people are too into themselves and what they can get.  Our society is truly approaching the end times, and things are going to get worse.  There are going to be things in the future where the goverment is going to start enforcing things, and at first it is going to seem ok, but in the long run it is all a "plan."  If you want to know what happens, then read the bible.  Yes all the answers are in the Bible.  To be honest, this election really upset me, to where it physically made me sick.  I am going to keep seeking God and praying for God to take care of our Country, and to pray for our countrys repentence.  Our Country needs to pray for repentence, especially approaching the end times.  There is going to be a time where it is going to get so rough, and then people are going to call out to God and it will be too late.  Be Pro Active, not Reactive!!

Feeling Stressed Out??

What happens to us most of the time while living in this world? We get stressed out over everything.  Financial Stresses, Health stresses, marriage stresses, relationship stresses, family stresses, emotional stresses, etc.  You name it, it is a stress!!! Did God know what kind of world we would be living in with all of these stresses? Or did he just forget? Did this world pressure take him by surprise? It seems like men, women, children, elderly, no matter what, everyone is stressed  out!!  Do you see people driving and how stressed out they are?  When did this happen?  I think about back in the day to when we didn't have cars, we had horses and buggies, now to me, that sounds like people had a right to be stressed out because traveling would of taken months to get around.  Here we have amazing technology to get around wherever we want, and we are un-grateful.  When did we forget how blessed we are?  The answer to all of this is that we were not made for "this type of world."  God had the perfect plan for each of us, we were made in his perfect image to do amazing things and bring Glory to God.  The moment satan made his mark on this world and we are now sinful, we have to deal with worldy pressures, that are constantly tempting us.  The good news is that no matter what, God STILL has a plan!!! Even though we are sinful, even though we messed up our purpose, God is STILL GOOD!!! He sent his perfect, sinless son, Jesus Christ to die in our place, and to endure TRUE stress.  He had the ultimate stress (the weight of the world on his shoulders, all of our sins on his shoulders)  Anytime you feel like you are stressed out, think of what Christ endured for you, and what he went through for YOU!!! Yes it is an intimate relationship, it is a LOVE relationship where he died just for you!!!  Here in this world we think we have "the image of what love is."  The truth is that is worldly love, it isn't true love.  TRUE LOVE IS JOHN 3:16.  Here someone gave their only son to die in your place, could you do that?  That should be our model for what REAL LOVE is!!! This stuff on TV, or how people treat eachother, it is because people are deceived and choose the "normal."  All throughout the bible, Jesus tells us "Fear Not."  These are not just words, this is him knowing EVERYTHING and everything that is to come, and still he says "Fear Not."   God is never surprised, he already knows everything from beginning to end.  So when God speaks we need to listen and take him seriously.  Next time you are feeling fear, remember Jesus' words "Fear Not." It is an Instruction, we need to follow it.  If you are a true follower of Christ, then we need to obey our teacher.  So have you been feeling stressed out lately?  I have two words for you: FEAR NOT!!  The man who died for you to have an abundant life, told you to do so.  The man who has your name written in Heaven on the palms of his hands says so.  The man who was the only perfect person says so.  The man who loved you before you loved him, says so.  ENOUGH SAID!!

Are you grateful for what God has given you?

This question is something that everyone should truly ask themselves.  Are you truly greateful for what God has given you?  God has given you an abundance of things to praise him for, do you take the time to recognize them, or do you just take them for granted because you are used to them?  Waking up each morning is something that should never be taken for granted, having food or clothes, shelter or water, are things we should never take for granted.  God has given us so many blessings that those blessings should pour over to others, who haven't been so fortunate.  Do you actually set things aside to bless other with from your overflow?  If not, this is something you should start praying about, and seeking God about.  We are called as christians to be a light and a blessing to others in this dark world. We can be like the world, and say it saddens us to hear of poverty and children hungry, or we can actually be REAL chrisitans and get a plan and actually do something.  God has given so much to us, so we need to give back to everyone else and share the love of God.  Please I encourage you, with the amazing things God has given you, please be a blessing to others and share Gods love.   Share kindness, food, words of wisdom, whatever you are able to do. 

Recognizing Stay At Home Moms.....

This is to honor and recognize Stay at Home Moms!! This job i did not know anything about, until I had my second baby where God blessed our family where I could now be a Stay at home mom.  Before I became a stay at home mom I had several different jobs: I worked in several different law offices as a legal assistant/paralegal.  I then played college tennis and actually was able to become a national champion in 2008 with our amazing tennis team.  I then worked as cancellations processor at another company.  So i understand the pressures and stresses of office jobs, training hard for tennis on and off the court, etc.  I was blind to "what being a stay at home mom is."  This job has been the most challenging and the most rewarding.  The most rewarding part: to spend every moment with your children and see all of their "firsts." They are able to have their mom at all times to where a very strong bond can be established, you get to play a key role in molding and shaping their beliefs and values.  The challenging part: that "alone" time you get when you take a lunch break at a job, or breaks, say bye bye to them. Sometimes they nap and you get a break and sometimes you don't.  As for having smooth quiet car rides, that goes bye bye, but the good news is that you get used to it, so it becomes the norm.  The house is always needing to be picked up from all the toys around.  My husband and I have had many nights where we are walking through a room and we step on a toy or a car and it jams into our foot or a noise starts going off.  :)  You are constantly washing bottles and sippie cups, changing lots of diapers,etc. You may or may not have a good visit at a store or running errands, it is the luck of the draw, there may or may not be a tantrum. :)  To finally be an official stay at home mom, I am so much more appreciative of how much God has blessed our family to where I am able to be home with my children.  It has helped me become more creative to where I am finding new things for us to do each week, and new adventures to go on. I am more creative with learning new dishes to cook, I am not so OCD with having the house clean all the time, because I enjoy seeing there things around.  My patience has gotten so much better because I am learning it through them, and also I have developed a new sense of humor.  I now learn to find joy and laughter in everything.  Before I became a stay at home mom i used to think that title meant:  sitting around all day watching tv, eating,, etc.  Wow was I wrong!!! This job is constant, no breaks, and always serving your children, you can no longer be selfish and focus on yourself and your needs.  I love this!!! I am so greateful to add this to my occupations, and this by far would be at the top of my list.  This job isn't respected enough or appreciated. It can be overlooked when someone hears that you are a stay at home mom.  But if you are in this industry, then you know how important this job is.  I feel like I am part of a secret club now, and it is special because not everyone is blessed enough to be a member of this club.  So Stay at Home moms, enjoy every moment, everyday, and just hug and kiss those children!!! Children are a gift from the Lord, so raise your children up in the lords ways and raise godly kids.  This world needs godly people!!! What it takes to be a REAL Christian

We as people can say with our mouth what sounds good, and what pleases others.  It is nice to "feel" good and go with that feeling and see where it takes us.  This is "worldly Christianity right here."  We want others to KNOW we are a christian because are church attendance shows it, because we say it out loud, we can post scriptures from time to time and say nice things, etc.  This is all surface right here.  To be a REAL Christian, it goes way beyond the surface.  If we TRULY have God in our life and Jesus as our Lord and Savior then our life should show it.  Why are we in church? Because we WANT to be in church because there we are in fellowship with other believers and we can actively serve as members in the body of Christ.  Why are we doing bible studies? Because we WANT to seek God and get with other fellow believers and study the Word of God.  Why do we read the bible? Because we WANT to have revelation and wisdom from the Lord, we want to hear his voice.  Why do we forgive? Because we WANT to be obedient to God because we love him and fear him.  These few characteristics I have mentioned are REAL Christians.  I can be in church but that doesn't make me a Christan, I can post christian songs, but that doesn't make me a christian.  To be a REAL christian my actions WILL stack up to the word of God because I love the Lord and he is first in my life.  Will REAL Christians be in places that grieve the Holy Spirit? (nightclubs, bars, etc) No because the Holy Spirit is a gift from the Lord and our bodies are a temple and we were bought at a price, and we are to not grieve the Holy Spirit, we are the Lords.  Being a REAL christian takes practice, it is about being sensitive enough to understand when the Holy Spirit is speaking to you.  We have to honor the Lord with our lives and with our actions.  There are so many people that are turned off to Christianity because of so many "FAKE" Christians.  If so called Christians are being "the world" just as everyone else in the world, then why would anyone not saved need Jesus as their savior?  We need to be a light to this dark world, and stand up for a better cause!! We need to be disciples of Christ, we need to know the bible, so we can go out and preach the word and become fishers of men!! There is MORE to this life, there is an eternal life that REALLY matters, not this earthly life!!! So it is time to stand up and be a REAL christian!!

My HEART

People always say "do what is in your heart to do."  My heart is after Mothers and their babies.  It literally brings my heart great pain, when I hear these mothers being in pain and feeling like they have no other choice except to have an abortion.  The enemy lies to these women and makes them think that they can't raise their child, that their child was a mistake, that this child has no future, that they have put their life on hold now because of the child, and having these thoughts go through their head brings fear.  Fear is "False Evidence Appearing Real"  Women fall for these lies from the enemy, and he is father of lies, he will make you think you have no other option except for the one he places infront of you.  These women put their bodies through something that is not natural.  Having a miscarriage is something the body does naturally, and God has his hand on that.  An abortion is something forced, it is doing something that is not natural.  The mother can have serious health complications from this, emotionally they suffer (even if they think they don't right away) and an innocent baby that played no part in it, has died a horrible painful death.  If someone was driving by and saw a mother abusing a baby, they would be furious, but people don't look at it the same.  Our Nation has lost God in it.  God is being pushed out more and more of it, and there is going to be a day where God is going to pour his wrath out on this world, because ENOUGH is ENOUGH!!!  Psalm 139:14  I praise you for I am fearfully and wonderfully made, wonderful are your works for my soul knows it very well.  Psalm 139 is all about how God creates life, and that he created specific detail for that life.  It may not be in our "human plan" but God has the ultimate plan for that life, so we have to trust him, even if we don't know what to do.  Having volunteered at a pregnancy center I have had the opportunity to learn all about the options women have, and have sat down with women who were contemplating abortion, or have already had several abortions.  These women are deeply hurting, and they don't have God in their life.  They get caught in this process that cycles and they are in pain, and don't understand the root of it.  These women are believing the lies of the enemy and they are getting all the pain from this choice. As women we need to be loving and supporting other women, especially if there are hurting women.  We need to be sharing the love of Our Lord Jesus to these women.  These children are being killed daily, and our nation is ok with it because we stand on the fact that "each has a right to choose life or death."  I have shared my testimony to where I was scared to the point of death when I almost had an abortion with my first child.  I honestly felt my life was over, and wasn't ready.  God fought for my child by putting certain people in my path that prayed and fought for me and my baby.  The enemy also put other people in my path to try and encourage to have an abortion and that i would be ok.  I can only imagine the spiritual realm of angels and demons fighting for me and my baby.  I thank the Lord every single day for my faith in him, and love from him that I received for me and my child.  The Lord loves my child more than I do, that when i didn't want him, he did, and when i didn't want myself, the Lord did!!! God IS Love!!!!  God is the definition of Love and Life.  If you don't have God, you don't have real love.  The definiton of Love is John 3:16, that is TRUE Love, not this "love" our world tries to throw around.  So go after what is in your heart, whatever that is, get involved and have you and God go after what is in your heart.  If you have a heart for children, women, men, prisoners, homeless, etc.  Get involved and do something about it.  Pray, and get involved.  Go out into all thee nations and be disciples, be fishers of men!!
